Launched just in time for the inauguration, The Pumpkin & The Pantsuit cracked the Top 50 books on Amazon in its first week, was covered by over 50 news outlets including The Huffington Post and Creativity, and Van Jones himself promoted it on Twitter. Somehow, it even got into the hands of Hillary Clinton when it was gifted to her by the U.S. Ambassador to Australia under the Obama administration.

Better yet, it turned a negative into a positive by raising thousands of dollars for charity, with all proceeds going to the Children’s Defense Fund.
